Transmittans, genellikle (% T) olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir maddenin rengi, o maddeden g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcze ula\u015fan g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr b\u00f6lgedeki elektromanyetik \u0131\u015f\u0131nlard\u0131r. Bu \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar, saydam maddeler i\u00e7in maddenin i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ip giden, saydam olmayanlar i\u00e7in ise yans\u0131yan \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6zelti i\u00e7indeki madde miktar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zeltiden ge\u00e7en veya \u00e7\u00f6zeltinin tuttu\u011fu \u0131\u015f\u0131k miktar\u0131ndan faydalanarak \u00f6l\u00e7me i\u015flemine fotometri, bu tip \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmde kullan\u0131lan aletlere de fotometre ad\u0131 verilir. Fotometrik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmde, renksiz \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerin konsantrasyonu da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebildi\u011fini belirtelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analiz edilen numune \u00fczerine \u0131\u015f\u0131k h\u00fczmesinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 filtreyard\u0131m\u0131yla ay\u0131ran ve g\u00f6nderen aletler kolorimetre veya fotometre olarak isimlendirilirken, yar\u0131klar ya da prizmalar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bu se\u00e7icili\u011fi yapan cihazlar spektrofotometre olarak isimlendirilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atomik absorpsiyon spektroskopisinde metallerin bir\u00e7o\u011fu ile az say\u0131da ametal analiz edilir. Atomik absorpsiyon spektroskopisinde elementel hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckten daha sonra buharla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve kaynaktan gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131n h\u00fczmesine maruz b\u0131rak\u0131larak \u0131\u015f\u0131n merkezinden gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 absorplama i\u015fleme ile son bulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaz \u015fekline getirilmi\u015f atomlar\u0131n elektromanyetik \u0131\u015f\u0131may\u0131 absorblamas\u0131 sonucunda yaln\u0131z elektronik enerji seviyeleri aras\u0131nda bir ge\u00e7i\u015f oldu\u011fu bilinmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Bu neden ile atomlar\u0131n absorpsiyon ve de emisyon spektrumlar\u0131 dar hatlardan olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<\/li><li>AAS her elementin bir\u00e7ok absorbiyon hatt\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.
